Location: East Grinstead, Sussex (near Gatwick) 
A thrilling day out combining some of our favourite activities - start with a guided ride around our own 230 acre mountain bike park. With trails to suit everyone, our instructor will guide you around all the best bits of Deers Leap Park, just south of East Grinstead. There are wide family trails, single track trails in the woods, and all set in a stunning Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty - designated protected countryside.
You can have lunch in our sunny courtyard; there's a snack bar serving hot drinks and ice cream, chocolate and the like. Wander around the bike shop which sells Trek and Marin bikes (you can even buy ex-hire bikes from our fleet of 70 here for a bargain). You do need to bring your own packed lunch!
 Carry on after lunch down the lane to our high ropes course, where you will take part in two high ropes activities for the afternoon - 'The Perch' and 'The All Aboard'. Challenge yourself and overcome your fear, encouraged by your friends and our experienced, friendly and qualified instructors.

 We'll start on our high ropes course, where you will take part in two high ropes activities for the morning - 'The Perch' and 'The All Aboard'. Challenge yourself and overcome your fear, encouraged by your friends and our experienced, friendly and qualified instructors.
We will have a picnic lunch; tea and coffee (free) will be available. You do need to bring your own packed lunch! Take in the atmosphere of the countryside and ask us about the many adventures available for adults and families at TrekCo including birthday parties..
 After lunch we will move on to a session in our climbing wall where there are climbs for everyone. - Start easy and then challenge yourself, guided by our expert and friendly staff.
