All excellent. Friendly, motivating,good humoured, encouraging, professional. Groups were given appropriate but challenging tasks and the tone of the day meant that the trust/relationships we wanted were achieved.'
We use this as a team building exercise prior to term starting and have found it extremely beneficial.'

Hi Paul and all your hard working team,
Many, many thankyous for another fantastic 4 days at Blacklands Farm. We all had an amazing time, the children thoroughly enjoyed themselves and haven't stopped talking about it to their parents....as a result of this, quite a few parents have also been into school to thank usfor giving their children such a fantasic time - I think that you and your team are more deserving of this praise :)
The instructors were absolutely fab...so encouraging and built a great rapport with the children. We were really impressesed at how quickly the instructors learnt the children's names and had worked out their idiosyncracies!!!!
Thankyou again for everyone's hard work....we can't wait until our trip next year :)
